Payment security – Quest in Tour

Payment security

Pay for tours with a credit or debit card – it’s convenient and safe.

We accept Visa / MasterCard, Yandex-money, Webmoney, Sberbank-online. We do not collect or store your payment data. All transactions are made through the payment gateway of the processing company.

Paying with a Bank Card guarantees the full degree of security in the processing of confidential data (card details). This  data is not stored on our website and no one, including the vendor of services, has access to it.

Payment processing (including card number entry) takes place on a secure page of the processing system, which has passed international certification while applying Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) – the standard of information security developed by the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard.

This ensures safe processing of the details of the Holder’s Bank Card. The data transmission technology guarantees the security of transactions with Bank Cards through the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, verified by Visa, Secure Code, and closed banking networks.

If you have experienced any difficulties using a card to pay for the service via the Internet, you can contact any branch of your bank or file a complaint electronically in the prescribed form. The bank must consider your appeal within 30 days and respond to your claim. Sometimes, it may take longer if the payment was made with VISA / MasterCard cards.

The grounds for appeal may be different:

– if money has been taken from your account, but we did not receive it on time,

– if your debit card has been charged twice.

You also have the right to file a claim on the basis of the Claims Process Agreement posted on the company’s website if the seller has not provided the ordered service, or unreasonably requested payment of a larger amount, or an additional fee when buying online. To do this, you must provide the bank, in addition to the statement in the prescribed form, with evidence and records of the connection between you and the seller.

If you disagree with the response to the claim, you can contact the Court of Arbitration of the Czech Republic.
